We created Leadership for Teens to not only provide an environment where teens can explore and discuss the context of leadership but to also acknowledge and appreciate that they are the ones creating the future. During the training the teens will have many opportunities to define what leading looks like for them while gaining new tools, insights, raising self-esteem and self-awareness.  Learning how to communicate effectively and work as a team will also be taught and practiced throughout this leadership journey.
